• A company is like an organism: The situation, context, circumstances and
needs are permanently adjusting, adapting and responding to external
change. Change is the (resulting) response reaction to an externally triggered
event; hence, change is not an internal pro-active initiation. Change therefore
balances the external circumstances and the internal needs of groups and
individuals. Measures are re-active, situational and difficult to foresee, plan
and standardise. There is no one best way.
