Has I ever say You, I need have AGM (meeting) very speed.
In condominium act
Section 42/1 The Board shall arrange to have the Ordinary General Meeting convened once a year within one hundred and twenty days from the date ending the accounting year of the condominium corporate to undertake the following businesses:
1. Considering for approval the balance sheet, 2. Considering the annual report, 3. Appointing an auditor, 4. Considering other matters
AGM normal before and of April, now it's 11 june, and no have AGM. If You don't do AGM, we go to land office for say you don't respect law
2) I send you mail because house keeper don't clean nice floor, you not reply
3) Why lifte don't work more 2 month, I pay for you take care, but you don't do, if you don't repair I want u give me my money back for lifte.
4) Normal have light in floor, for people can see nice, for save money you stop a lot, but very a lot, and my common fee not less expansive why? Now it's not same a nice condo "Park Lane Residence and Ressort", but it's same "house for people died", or "Hous for not one bath"!!!!
I pay evry time my common fee, I come in Thailand for nice, for no have trouble, but now with you it's same I have condominium only for pay but have nothing, and yhis I can not accept.
