Naturally, the oscillator’s performance is degraded as N
increases over some limit. When N is large the presented
approach can be repeated. This requires the use of a third
pair of coefficients {cos(2ppfd), sin(2ppfd)}, where p > m .
With these coefficients the samples are computed at the
time moments
