For this meeting I would like to you prepared the present as below;
1.Budget plan
GL Budget – Can be import from ERP system then export to excel file for present.
Item Budget – Can be reference the data from Accounting’s report (ค่าใช้จ่าย)
2.Profit & Loss
Accounting reporting to all managers for the details and if any items were higher than usual
shall be preparation data for explaining.
3.Cost Management
Need to you explanation of latest resulted and along with action plan in the next period.
Note : All managers shall be join the meeting and you must presenting by yourself.
