The book begins with an introductory chapter defining
the concept of “user-centered” design and developing
the arguments in favor of user-centered websites.
Chapter 2, “Getting Started,” covers topics such as
assembling a development team, defining project
requirements and recruiting participants for usability
testing and website evaluation. Succeeding chapters take
the reader through the entire design process from needs
analysis (Chapter 3) to communicating the findings of
usability testing (Chapter 7)
