Healthy Breakfast
Breakfast is an important meal for both children and adults. It is the first meal of the day before the body requires energy and activities each day. Breakfast is the most important meal to help recharge energy. It fills our day bright and also helpful. It gives a lot of benefits such as vitamin and energy. People need to have breakfast every day because it is major for people.
The first point I would like to mention is about energy. Breakfast is considered to be one of
the importance that need to eat in order to power because eating breakfast will provide energy for metabolism is throughout the day. Breakfast is the energy of all day.
Additionally, breakfast makes people be fresh because nutrients from breakfast to help stimulate the body you fresh and energetic. People eat breakfast make they do not feel hungry during the day. It makes people feel fresh.
Finally, people eat breakfast with all food diet, consist of five food groups of rice, meat flour, fruits and vegetables because the fat has been complete nutrition in every meal to make weight in the normal criteria so breakfast makes weight down.
In conclusion, I believe breakfast is the most important. People need to have breakfast every
morning because they will have more energy. Moreover, breakfast makes people be fresh and
help to lose weight.
