Durian is famous fruit in Thailand. It is a fruit that has its own unique. With the shape, taste and smell makes it is a fruit that everybody known and called “King of Fruits”
The nutritional value of Durian is the first advantages such as Energy 150kcal 620kJ, Carbohydrate 27.09g, Protein 1.49g, Fat 5.33g and provide a lot of Minerals especially Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C, Niacin, Iron etc. Secondly, not only Durian flesh is useful, but peels leaves and roots you can use to herbal medicine. Thirdly, Fiber of Durian helps to defecate easier.
But on the other hand, there are also disadvantages. If you eat Durian too much, it will take to bad result in your body.
