The three SSR marker (158, 169 and 22RY28) profiles programmed temperature involved an initial denaturation step of 95 C for 2 min followed by 29 cycles at 94 C for 30 s, annealing at 55 C for 1 min and extension at 72 C for 1 min; a final elongation cycle
of 72 C for 5 min was included.
