I will lead my employees on Transformational leadership style because I will be able to motivate the employees in their works and encouragement. Don't make them too stressful. If the employees have a motivate in their works. They will want to do works and be happy. The work that comes out can be effective, and if employees can make a profit to our company, or even the company has a lot of profits in any year. I will divide the profits, bonuses to employees as compensation to them and motivates them another way into intentional work, as a reward power from five sources of power.
