Internet has evolved and changed the way we work and live. The users are expected no longer to be exclusively connected to the Internet through computers only, but also through smartphones, televisions, etc. China and India, the two most populous nations in the world, combined to have the most Internet users and telephone users. Both countries have experienced an increasing proportion in their ageing population. The same trend is found in many other countries globally. Unfortunately, the elderly people have not, or in some cases simply cannot, fully embraced the Internet like the younger demographic groups, possibly due to lack of technological sophistication and deterioration of the elderly people’s vision, movement, and mental ability.
