The maintenance to repair data save issue has been completed and the server is now open. Unfortunately, we were not able to restore the database to the time before the issue began.
If you have lost a valuable gear or item on the market due to this issue (1~4PM), please submit a ticket to the Player Suport Team and we will help you to recover yourr items.
Please be advised that we can verify through logs whether the item loss claim is valid. Any false report may be subject to account suspension.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The server EXP has been increased to 3X for the remainder of the weekend.
