But I have conflict with managers. Because of feature my job I'm used to plan my own work time by myself. ANd it is logical - If I haven't current work then I have free time, so I can don't visit job, or work only half of day - No, general managers think that If they pay me then I must be on job Mon-Fri since 9.00 to 18.00 even If I haven't current work (short or long window). So at this time I do nothing , when I haven't remote projects (it is my additional job, nobody know about it) I just surfing on Web.
