First, Primary data, by use a questionnaire to find out the information of the sample consisted of 53 students from FIS. Next, use the idea generation methods by individual interviews and depth interview. For the individual interviews, use this by ask for the information from 100 students of first year students IBS and CNS. And the depth interview is for interview the opinions of Chinese teachers who taught Chinese1 last semester. This method is advantage for this research because it’s more specific about the problems, but the disadvantage is expensive and time consuming to collect.
