Important information about your Hala service. We have seen that we are missing some information about your Hala and it is important that we update this by no later than 11PM on Wednesday (15 July). Please bring your phone with this message and your QID or Passport to any Ooredoo Shop and we will update your information. We will credit your account with 250 MB of free data after you have updated your details. If you do not update your information we will have to suspend your service until the information is received.
