As the Malaysian lifestyle shifts from rural to urban, the diet and activity levels of Malaysians have changed accordingly. Majority people live in urban areas and work for long hours. Eating habits have changed for their convenience such as the process of preparing and cooking. (WHO, Western Pacific Region, 2005)
Marinated chicken is a ready to cook product that might suit to Malaysians’ life styles. However the product is quite new for the Malaysians. Therefore, this study attempted to gain knowledge about consumer attitude towards marinated chicken products.
