impact the business, for the good or the bad.”
Forced collaboration frees time for executives and managers all
the way up the line, as more conflicts are resolved between departments or divisions. “For instance, I used to get the HR director
coming to me to question the sales department, when he just
passed the sales department office on the way to my office. Now
they work this out with each other, which gives me more opportunity for free thought, and I can focus on more critical components of the business. I can be much more productive creating and
communicating the vision.”
