Job Description
Work with product, channel and segment teams in planning and designing targeted campaigns
Determine relevant target customers for target campaign by using centralized customer database as well as ad hoc data sources
Leverage descriptive and predictive data mining findings and/or results to enhance targeted campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Manage execution of targeted campaigns, ensuring relevant stakeholders can execute targeted campaign as planned
Conduct pre- and post-campaign cost-benefit analysis and present key findings and recommendations to business counter parties and senior management
Ensure targeted campaigns are consistent with Campaign Governance and Customer Contact Policy
Participate in designing and maintaining Data Mart for supporting targeted campaign work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Economics or any related field
Thai nationality, aged 21 – 35
Experience in Targeted Marketing Campaign, Process Design will be an advantage
Required Skills
Structured and systematic thinking - ability to translate business concepts/idea into structured procedures and criteria
Good at persuading and negotiating
Work well with multiple stakeholders
Working Location: Operating at Silom Head Office
