I want to set some expectations and guidelines for all sales staffs. All are expected to follow:
1) Updating your calendar
We understand that sometimes there are last minute changes to your appointment schedule but you are expected to keep your calendar updated with all appointment changes.
2) Updating your Pipedrive after each meeting
Pipedrive is to help you keep track of your deals
use Pipedrive to record down your notes and followup requirements for each customer (we strongly encourage you to record down your notes after each customer meeting/call or to at least do it daily - make use of the computers in our sales office)
use Pipedrive to help you schedule your next activity with the customer - when you start doing this for all your customers, pipedrive will be able to provide you with a full schedule of what followups you need to do every day.
Pipedrive and Google Apps training session - I will schedule one shortly. In the meantime, can all of you prepare questions you have regarding using Pipedrive and Google Apps.
3) Coming into our Bangkok office: You are expected to come into the office when you have empty slots in your calendar.
If you have no appointment for the day, you are expected to be in the sales office
If you have no appointments before 11am, please be in the sales office by 10am
If you have no appointments after 3pm, please be in the sales office after your appointment
As a salesperson, you have the flexibility to plan your appointments but you are required to be in the sales office when you have no appointments. The sales office is for you to do your telemarketing and all other sales activities.
4) Email: You will need to check it at least once a day but we encourage you to check it whenever you have time in between your appointments in case there are urgent follow-ups.
