What did Lindt and Haribo fight about?
A) Whose product is sweeter.
B) Haribo wanted to make chocolate-flavoured gummy bears.

D) Haribo claimed the Lindt was in copyright violation of its "Gold Bear" logo. According to the BBC, Haribo told Lindt to stop making its gold chocolate bears because it's a violation of Haribo's trademark. Germany's Federal Court of Justice, however, ruled in favour of Lindt.

Doctors have warned that chlorine can have various dangerous effects on the skin. One of the vendors argued that just because the name says "chlorine soap" doesn't mean the soap contains chlorine.
