This case is not dangerous problem and it’s natural part of mango. Fiber can help digestion so we think Tarami can explain to their end customer to know about this in case they found.
Moreover we did not agree before how % allowance of fiber acceptance that we have to take seriously because our factory side also has their standard control and practice the same process every year.
As you know Kaew variety has less fiber than Choke-anan therefore we do not think that they would find many fibers comparing with Choke-anan if they continue checking.
We are supposed that checking product quality before repacking is their usual responsibility and this is not the extra process that they will charge us additionally. Do you think like us?
And after they check, pls kindly let us know how many they find and we will consider together again. What do you think?
