Entrepreneurs in waste are the third category of important actors in sustainable waste management in the local community. Their
role is to provide differentiated services that the public sector fails to provide, because of limited resources, priority obligations or
political pressure. They comprise all those individuals and micro and small enterprises and cooperatives who see profit in collecting,
