The main purpose of this survey are to confirm the problem and to fond the relationship between smokers and non-smokers. The researcher developed ten items for the questionnaire base on behavior. The first item was designed base on the finding of Prev (2009) that cigarette is very necessary for people who addicted to smoking. The second item was designed base on the finding of Cancer Canadienne (2013) that smoking is difficult for people to quit by green space for smokers will not disturb others. The third item was designed base on the finding of Harley (2014) that most of men think that smoking is to increase the attractiveness of them and believe that smoking makes thin. The fourth item was designed base on the finding of Sawyer (2014) that smoke it helps reduce depression and help to relaxes when them stressed. The fifth item was designed base on the finding of Riordan (2012) that the campaign to reduce the number of people quitting smoking initiation. The sixth item was designed base on the finding of Anwesha (2014) that Smoking affects those around it causes serious health problems. The seventh item was designed base on the finding of Briseno (2011) that quit smoking without medication or treatment, however, can replace the emotional support and encouragement for the use of smokers. The eighth item was designed base on the finding of Denoon (2014) that some smokers smoke a few times a week many of these are among the only socially, particularly among young people. The ninth item in the questionnaire is aimed at finding if the participants usually smoke or non-smoke. The last item was designed based on the information by Goldfarb (2015) that stopping smoking is hard but it can be done for families because of its serious consequences for the body.
