Please contact Shipping line APL due to this cargo was mistakenly registered in customs system (as a direct shipment not consolidated cargo ) despite that we informed in an email that this cargo must be registered as consolidated cargo.
In order to change the status of this cargo, we have to file a process request that will take approximately 5 days.
This cargo will begin to pay port storage fees and demurrage container fees next Saturday 15Feb and APL despite their mistake will not wave this charges (port storage and demurrage fees). It is not just for the customer to pay for the shipping line mistakes, appreciate your support putting pressure on the shipping line so they assume these charges.
