Nabana no Sato, located in Kuwana city (Mie prefecture), puts on one of Japan's largest illumination shows each winter. The theme of its illumination is "A Symphony of Light and Winter Flowers," and last year the star of the show was Mount Fuji. Mount Fuji had just been registered as a World Heritage Site, and to celebrate Nabana no Sato recreated the great mountain itself out of light. This year, the theme is "Niagara Falls," and it promises to be another incredible show. With the latest LED technology and special effects, an enormous light show (approximately 20 meters tall and 120 meters wide) will light up the night and bowl you over. Numerous other attractions are also on site, including the "Watertop Illumination" and "Tunnel of Light." Illumination is scheduled to run from October 25, 2014 through March 31, 2015.
