Fixed Allowance: You will receive USD 100.00 upon hiring and during probation period. Additional USD
100 will received upon confirmation.
Travel Allowance: You will be entitled a USD 150.00 monthly. However, you will be paid upon confirmation. After confirmation, the Company will backpay you starting the day you are onboard. Should you fail the probation period, you will not entitled for the travel allowance.
Working Hours: Working Hours and working time may vary and will change based on the schedule arranged by the Manager or Head of Department
Probation Period: You will be under probation for a maximum period of six (6) months. Either party may terminate the employment by giving the other party seven (7) days’ notice in writing or seven (7) days’ salary in lieu of notice.
Notice of Resignation / Termination: After confirmation, either party may terminate the employment by giving the other party one (1) months’ notice in writing or one (1) month salary in lieu of notice. At any case should you terminate the employment prior to completion of one year full service, you are liable on all the cost incurred in mobilizing from your home country to the Philippines (including but not limited to air ticket and visa application fee).
Annual Leave: Upon your confirmation, you will be entitled to 27 days annual leave in each calendar year. If you do not serve us one full year, the annual leave will be pro-rated. Annual leave application is subject to approval of your direct supervisor / manager. You will need to inform your supervisor/ manager 2-4 weeks in advance depending on how long you plan to take your leave.
Medical & Insurance Benefits: Company will be responsible for accident and medical insurance coverage to a certain amount.
Accommodation: The Company will provide accommodation on sharing basis. Should you decided not to stay in the Company’s accommodation, we will give you PHP 13,000.00 and you need to source your own accommodation.
Transportation: For those who stay at the Company’s accommodation, transportation will be provided to bring you to office and back to Company’s accommodation. Transportation to and from airport is based on request and first come first serve basis, however this is also subject to availability of the Company’s vehicles.
Flight Ticket: Employee will be provided one-way budget flight ticket from home country to Manila upon signing the Job Offer Letter. Subsequently, there will be no flight ticket provided to the Employee.
Note: From time to time, the Company may need to change a policy, procedure or benefit because of changes in law, economic structure or conditions pertaining to the business. Accordingly, the Company reserves every right to make changes at its sole discretion and without prior consultation with its employees.
