Job Summary & Purpose:
• The position holder has to develop range by store format and store cluster to achieve retail merchandising standard and increase company sales and profit.
• To control merchandising guild line to support Merchandising Standard in order to achieve the integration of Category Management tactics.
• Utilize customer data & sales data to develop deep analysis report to measure merchandising guideline by store format.
• To evaluate all Merchandising implementations, which affect to total sales and profit.
Principal Accountabilities:
• To ensure the total control of range and merchandising guild line to support different store’s brand concept.
• Cooperate with Macro space manager to advise proper space in each plan-o-gram to achieve maximum profitability and sale efficiency.
• Cooperate with CRM team and B&M team to utilize Spot rewards data to create store cluster assortment to improve customer satisfaction and Sales/GP per space.
• Stimulate and support the renewal, innovation and differentiation of categories (products phasing in and out) based on customer information / segmentation and market research.
• Review and support range management by store format.
• Establish product range structure and merchandising guideline related with customer segmentation and store cluster to create customer satisfaction.
• Find new opportunity for improve GP by range management.
• Create merchandising guild line by plan-o-gram by store format to support format concept.
• Coop partner to improve effectiveness of range management.
Qualifications:
• Education: BA or MBA
• Experience:
- Merchandising and Marketing Knowledge
- Category Management experience - preferred
• Characteristics/Skills:
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Access preferred
- Excellent analytical required
- Good communications skills
- Ability to monitor, control, and motivate staff
• Language: Thai/ English
