Definitions
Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the parties agree that the terms hereinafter used shall have the following meaning:

2. Agreement to Buy and to Sell Unit

3. Purchaser Price

4.Payment

5.Transfer of Ownership

6.Fee and other Costs

7.Delively
