Unfortunately there is no such provision in the customs act. The customs law is old-fashioned. Thailand has signed the Carnet ATA agreement with GATT for instance, but there are still lots of restrictions (Please note that some items mentioned above are subject to certain restrictions, qualifications and conditions. For additional details, please refer to the relevant Conventions.) resulting in the fact that customs asks for invoice, packing list, importer of records, customs declaration. We might want to consider ATA garnet for future shipments, but it in practice is rather used for exhibitions and concerts a like.
