Based on my re-check of PP.30 and original tax invoices issued by suppliers, we found that “Tax invoice/Receipt” issued by AIS (Advanced Wireless Network) for Jan – Aug 2016 is missed to state “Head Office”, as required by Revenue Department. We also called to AIS Call Center and they informed that they can re-issue “Tax invoice/Receipt” with complete information (adding “Head Office”) for MTU. But MTU has to contact them and inform about this, so they can update correct company’s information into their system.
We have already submitted AIS Tax invoice/Receipt for Jan-May 2016 as it was overlooked at our side. However, there will not be any impact to MTU’s tax filing, as long as we can get correct Tax Invoice/Receipt with complete information to be replaced with incorrect one. AIS Tax Invoice for Jun-Aug 2016 is still on hold, until we receive correct Tax invoice/Receipt.
We have already returned original “incomplete information” tax invoice/ receipt for Jan-Aug 2016 to MTU’s office last week (scanned copies are attached with this email for your reference). Please contact AIS as to request for revising Tax invoice/Receipt for Jan-Aug 2016, and kindly pass original revised Tax invoice/Receipt to us for proper filing.
