Pongdech I reviewed this specific transaction and I can see that you sent your seller an email to work things out, and I appreciate that one. What you can do since there’s no response from the buyer for this transaction and you already request a cancelation, however there’s no response from the buyer. You can open an unpaid item case against the buyer so that you will receive your final value fee credit for this specific transaction and that will be on May 21, 2015. And if you will open an unpaid item case the buyer will receive a strike for not paying the item.
I’m sorry to know that the transaction didn’t go smooth. But don’t worry I know there will be someone out there will going to buy your item soon and the transaction will be completed.
