In the weeks following VIV Asia 2015, your company has made a rebooking for VIV Asia 2017. We would like to thank you for your early commitment and your presence in Bangkok from 15 to 17 March, 2017.
With this email, it is our pleasure to provide you with the first information on your participation in VIV Asia 2017. The official confirmation documents are to follow in 2 weeks.
By the end of 2016, the venue in Bangkok will have completed the construction of 3 new exhibition halls. For VIV Asia 2017 we have reserved the best choice in halls: hall numbers 98 to 104. These 7 halls form in fact 1 large hall and give VIV Asia the opportunity to host the full Feed to Food chain under one roof. Below you will find the sector indication per hall and the key criteria which led to this lay-out.
Easy accessibility is guaranteed by BITEC’s new bus terminal in front of the building, new indoor parking lots, a renewed taxi stand and improvements to the BTS Sky train facilities.
In the attachments of this email, you will find an overview of the sector allocation per hall, as well as a copy of the hall on which your area is highlighted in black. Your area is selected based on the information from your booking form combined with your previous participation.
Although we have selected your area with all possible care, it could happen that you want us to look into an alternative. Should this be the case, we recommend to reply to us by email earliest, preferably before March 8th 2016, which will help us in managing your request in the best way.
Also, during our last talk you told me that the new main contact person would Christina Sweetine Lee. Unfortunaley, I do not yet have her contact details. Would you be so kind as to forward this email to her as well?
