These characteristics and results
highlight a great potential of application of the sperm
pellet cryopreservation procedure for chicken semen in
improving the reproductive technology currently used in
poultry breeding and selection. However, practical application
in the field requires the standardization of in vitro
semen processing in order to set a reliable and repeatable
pellet cryopreservation procedure. In human spermatozoa,
