4 Orders and Forecast
4.1 Pioneer shall issue materials 2 days before manufacturing date and ship the finished goods on the 3rd day to Pioneer respectively.
4.2 Pioneer shall issue production schedule (fixed) current week + 4 Week and rolling Forecast production schedule for additional 8 weeks. (ie. 4 weeks fixed + 8 weeks forecast = total 12 weeks) in accordance with the condition set out in Exhibit A
Note: Nothing in the Rolling Forecast shall obligate Pioneer to purchase the Products mentioned in it, or create any other legally binding or enforceable right or obligation.
4.3 Pioneer may make a change to Forecast by giving Supplier a written notification 30 days/ in advance with acceptance by Supplier. However, the change to Forecast by Pioneer shall become effective only when Pioneer accepts the cost impact notified by Supplier in writing if any is applicable.
4.4 Pioneer shall issue the purchase order rolling once a month reflecting the same product code and quantity in the next 4 weeks ( next 1 month coverage) . Purchase order is subject to rejection by Supplier within 3 working days from the receipt date of the purchase order. The purchase order when accepted by Supplier cannot be modified or cancelled.
If there is any conflict between the purchase order and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
