I apologise if my comment on Soulution upset anyone. It is true that I have not personally heard Soulution 700 and 701 side by side but I was told by a long time 700 user that comment. He put it as the difference in the power supply design. I have auditioned several times the Magico Q7 and now I'm a M Project user. It is very obvious that M Project has a warmer and fuller sound. It is a sentiment that is shared by other audiophile friends that visited my place. I congratulate you with Q7 mkII. It is my dream speaker, I would have one pair if my room is larger. I'm sure Q7 mkII and M Project share the same sonic signature in the treble and mid range. MkII certainly has better bass energy. The musical presentation that you mentioned is very likely the result of improved tweeter and mid range driver of the newer Magico. I welcome your comments on this aspect to enrich this meaningful discussion.
