The third-party warehouse interface file format for Approved Purchase Orders (PORD) has been modified to include cross-dock, bulk-break and direct Purchase Order types. The format now also provides for the specification of the delivery DC in the DC field for cross-dock and bulk-break purchase orders.
Goods Receival Notification (PGRN) file format version 005 has been added to the interface to include store codes. This allows Bulk Break PO's to be received by the warehouse with the store code indicating where the stock is to be redirected. Once WMS2 processes the PGRN with store code, RMS creates a stock transfer, where stock is placed 'In Transit' and replicated to SMS to be received.
A new Picking Request (PREQ) file format version 004 has been added to the third-party warehouse interface specification. The new file format will include pick request information as well as customer delivery details for order shipments direct to customers.
