longum subsp. infantis CCUG 52486 attained its maximum cell concentration
after 30 h at 25 °C (8.1 logs) and 24 h at 30 °C (8.2 logs).
This observation is not in agreement with Martine, Denis, and Jean-
Christophe (2000) who found low or no growth of the different species
of bifidobacteria used in milk incubated at 30 °C.
