We need to develop a reliable process and packaging to do small scale in-market testing so for hard boiled eggs i think the first thing is to develop that for regular hard boiled eggs - while working in parallel on flavored eggs. But i think perfecting the production process for flavored will be more challenging. For flavored, i would prefer not to add food coloring. Ideally it should have a very simple ingredient lines with all organic ingredients. For this process, we may need to reach out to experts for some technical advice. Niki could you please help on sourcing a package and doing some graphic work along the lines shown.
I also think Organic Nut Butters can be very interesting and may a relatively easier process to develop vs flavored hard boiled eggs.- and in a glass like shown in the attached could look quite interesting to consumers. Niki can you help source the jar?
