It is increasingly important in today’s business environment that companies and employees comply with ethical standards. Carlson remains committed—as it has been for more than 75 years—to conducting business with the highest degree of integrity. Our Carlson Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) outlines the values and ethical standards on which we build our business relationships and conduct our daily business around the globe.
To ensure that we continue to build upon and protect our reputation as an ethical business based on our values, we have launched our annual Business Conduct and Ethics training. During the training, employees will review the Code, the company’s expectations and confirm their compliance with the Code.
This year’s training has been implemented in Learning Link and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The training has been assigned to employees who have the below position titles in Learning Link:
