1. total guests at 35 guests. Noted to arrange the table for 5 pax with BQ chairs. Please find the attached floor plan for your reference.
2. we would not recommend to change Miang Kam to be spring roll for the starter. The spring roll quality will be drop and not crispy as it should be because of the wind.
3. noted to add one more prawn in tom yum goong soup
4. noted to change Kai Yang Sauce Ma Kam to be Goong Yang Sauce Makram. The additional charge at THB 450 net per person.
5. noted for the bring in wine around 10 bottles. As discuss, we are pleased to offer the special corkage charge for wine at THB 300 net per bottle.
6. Pick up time at 6.30 pm at Anantara Riverside Bangkok and drop off at 9 pm at Asiatique. Total operation time at 2.5 hrs. Additional charge at THB 3,000 net.
