Please understand that the guest was not aware that some of your facilities were not working. Upon discovering, he had already paid a deposit for the first night and we believe that it would be quite a lot of work to find a relocation for such good price in such short times when being abroad and without a good internet connection.
As the guest has already checked out of the hotel, we would like to propose a compensation of 15% to the guest which would round up to 20 USD.
We are looking to work together in this so we can create a positive outcome for all parties.
