1. Telephone Services
- Checks the leave message at the first thing in the morning
- Send a note or contact to any concerns to return a call
- Ensure all in coming & out going numbers are working well
- Response of telephone call, in coming and out going line
- Transferring in coming telephone call to concerned as requirement
- Take a message and pass to concerned
- Complete the gut going call and keep records the details
- Keep records of telephone bills
- Distribute telephone bills to concerned staff
- Process PR for payment to telephone company well before due date
- Follow up with the telephone company if invoices not received
2. Public Relations
- Keeping the Records of all school events on the system to be share with related parties
- Public Relations services to BIS community such as online printing, general services
- Arrange the hotel accommodation and taxi for the parents and school visitors.
- Coordinate between concerned staff and teachers or visitors in general issues
- Providing information to parents, staffs, students and guests
- Supporting visitors and parents to solve any problems both normal and urgent cases
- Provide the school brochures and prospectuses for interested persons or school visitors
3. ID Cards
- Issues ID card for students, parents, visitor pass, safe deposit
- Photograph taken if students or parents prefer
- Will be issued on receipt of payment for replacement or additional cards before the expiry date
- Keep the record and pass the money to the A/C department
- Assist with concerned staff in issuing ID Cards for staffs
