the right to annual leave may not be carried forward to the following year the company will fix annual leave for an employee in accordance with Article 2.3.1 but the company may grant to the employee the light to choose the day to which he/she will exercise the right. The employee must submit an application to exercise the right to annual leave within 7 day and must first obtain the superior's or the General Manager's approval before exercising such right. Leave without permission is deemed to be an absence from work. In this respect the employee will receive no wages and become guilty of a disciplinary offence
