2. General Requirements
2.1. Proven technology and conformance to standards
2.1.1. Proven technology
2.1.1.1 The proposed “CGN logging” shall be a proven, large scale, and commercially deployed. The Supplier shall provide references containing the following information.
i. Operator name, country, and contract point of the references.
ii. Size of the reference system e.g. system capacity, number of system elements, etc.
iii. Solution and type of equipment including support services and NMS system supplied.
iv. Hardware and software specification or version.
v. System deployment date or a target date to deploy.
vi. Status of the system in the reference site (e.g. trial, implementation, service commercially launch, etc.)
vii. Commercial license model(s).
viii. Other reference information that SBN should know please list all
Remarks: Trial system with no commercial commitment shall not be considered.
2.1.1.2 SBN reserve the right “to investigate or ask for more information on any record which The Supplier shall promptly response” and “to reject the proposal with a poor record of supply”.
2.1.2. System availability
The system shall indicate compliance with the SBN performance requirements including: a carrier-grade, fault tolerant system – i.e. the system shall be highly reliable with 99.999% service availability (7 x 24) via built-in redundant features including the disk mirroring and in redundant network interfaces and power sources. 2.1.2.1. An internal architectural diagram showing how this redundancy is achieved with clear information.
2.1.2.2. Details of what is the expected availability of the system in both planned (maintenance) and unplanned scenarios shall also be provided.
