All isolates were grouped into clusters on the basis of the similarity
of their fingerprints obtainedwith (GTG)5-PCR,which is a rep-PCR technique
(Versalovic et al., 1994). The microbial DNA was used as a template
in the PCR-reaction. Rep-PCR fingerprinting protocol comprised
PCR amplification reactions and separation of the amplified products
by agarose gel-electrophoresis as described by Broekaert et al. (2011)
and Versalovic et al. (1994). The resulting fingerprints were compared
