Following in the Royal Footsteps
Civil Servants are those who work for the King.
Since he reigned the country in 1946, His
Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, King Rama IX
has been working tirelessly to alleviate poverty
and problems encountered Thai people all across
the country. With his strong determination and
his far sightedness, thousands of projects have
been initiated and maintained to constantly bring
changes, development and peace to his citizen.
His Majesty King Bhuumlbol Adulyadej has
been dedicated himself for the benefits of the
country and the people since he reigned the
country with ten-fold moral principles of a sovereign
in mind by following in the Royal Oath of
Succession to the Throne as:
“We will reign with righteousness, for the benefit and happiness of the Siamese people.”
It is now evident to all of us that His Majesty the King has never deviated from the
Royal Oath since then.
To celebrate on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s seven Cycle
Birthday Anniversary 5th December 2011, civil servants should follow what His Majesty the
King thought in the Address given on the Civil Servants Day as a reminder of our consciousness.
Civil servants should follow the correct path in doing the duties for the happiness of the
people and sustainable development of the country, following in the Royal Footsteps of
His Majesty the King that has been working during his reign. We can say that
