Thank you very much for these minutes and please kindly see below my comments and questions
For Project B compensation:
- I understood from this morning that the Legal’s mission is to advise if K. Taweesaak can have our case approved directly without submission to BMA Committee: is it what you are writing?
- I also understood that process will be completed in January, not after. Is K. Taweesaak still supposed to be promoted to Public Works in January? If yes, no chance to see our amendment signed. Two weeks ago, TTD committee mentioned as possible to put our case to November BMA Committee agenda. Now we are talking of a more than 2 months postponement.
For project A and C:
- K. Thaweesak mentioned that BMA will take action by the end of this year: does it mean suing TSF ? As you mention that contract will not be terminated, would BMA have the right to appoint us as temporary care taker?
In the end I am pretty concerned after this morning meeting. I see the probability of our amendment approval lower, while TSF could be in a position to pay no rent nor spend any operation money at all on A and C, during many years, until a settlement, which would clear their claim of 396M against BMA in exchange of no penalty for the anticipated termination of the contract.
For bikes, I have the green light in principle for this project, according to our usual business model, which is not sponsoring, but as you correctly mention in your minutes, operating on an exclusive basis all the advertising BS of Bangkok and obvious all Bikes stations.
For BS lighting improvement, please kindly ask K. Sasiluk to present to me some options with costing.
I will try to find out pictures of Sao Paulo “before/after”.
