1. Get a bowl and mix the eggs with half of the soy sauce.
2. Heat an oiled wok and add the egg mixture to the wok.
3. Add the garlic, onion, rice, and chilli to the wok.
4. Add the tomatoes, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the wok.
5. Stir in the chopped coriander just before serving the dish
6. Spoon the fried rice into a serving bowl.
