Key Accountabilities:
Airport & Customer Experience
Track and monitor delivery against the Ground Handling Agreements
Ensure this is integrated – alongside values – into key people training initiatives
Prepare for, Coordination & Conduct Pre-Ops Team Audits
Prepare for, Coordination & Conduct Annual Station Audits
GHA & Airport Authorities Management
Liaise and co-ordinate with ground handlers on operational matters.
Train/Brief ground handler on operational requirements related to Dangerous Goods & Cargo matters
Investigating ground services incidents/discrepancies/lapses related to cargo operations
Conduct ground services audit on handlers at base and line stations.
Attend to day-to-day ground services matters arising from flight delays etc.
Ensure all Operations Manual are updated and current.
Collate and report ground services statistical data as required.
Liaise with other departments on routine operational matters.
Any other duties as assigned by Manager Ground Operations and/or Head of Ground & Cargo Services.
Daily Operations & Performance Management Monitoring
Manage Local & Overseas Operations
Verification of Revenue and invoices.
Oversee Coordination with Catering and Cabin Cleaning Service Partners
Coverage Duties
Cover duties of Hub/Base Coordination Management in his/her absence.
