It is Dell’s global direction to have all our vendors in GFX, which is Dell’s portal. The below would be the process flow for it.
1) You will receive an automated notification email whenever a new PO is downloaded by Dell.
2) You may then retrieve the PO from GFX without me sending a manual PO as attached. This will be good in the event we have any urgent orders to process.
3) Once you’ve seen the order in GFX, you may proceed to update the ETA there. Dell will be able to view it immediately.
4) Should the order require EU details, please do email the fulfillment team (me) to request for it.
5) Once the order is shipped/e-license received from your end, you may just close off the order in GFX and we would be able to also view it immediately.
Attached is the training deck on how to key in the ETA, FCX/ship an order and also the packing slip preparation should there be any physical items.
I believe SIS already has a login ID for Thailand orders. We will just use the existing ID and create an access for you for the DMG region/for orders starting with 92.
Hence, will need you to let me know who will be in charge of this and whom should I give the login ID to. Will require the email address and phone number.
