Sorry for my late response as I was on training course for both Thu and Fri.
Unfortunately, both items are already expired. if you recall what we had learned during the training session, to raise a Valid Service Enquiry, you need to be aware of 2 critical conditions,
1. Item has been posted for more than 7 Working Days (WD) from TH to SG - this means, if you see “ITEM DESPATCHED TO TRANSSHIPMENT HUB” on QS tracker, after 7 WD, you can raise enquiry to SP CS team
2. Item has been posted for more than 18 WD but within 2 months from SG to Overseas Destinations (such as AU, US, CA, etc.) – this means, if you see “DESPATCHED TO OVERSEAS” on QS Tracker, after 18 WD, you can raise enquiry to SP CS team
I have requested SP CS team to help us on this matter to write to Destination Post directly and hopefully, we will hear from them. Will keep you posted.
What we need to do for future cases?
- Be mindful about RA process and timeline to raise the valid enquiry
- Use wisely the following track & trace systems,
1) QS Tracker: http://www.quantiumaspac.com/qtracker/track.aspx
2) SingPost website: http://www.singpost.com/
3) The 3rd party all in one tracker: http://www.17track.net/en/ (this is a 3rd party web-based tracker which consolidates package status from various destination post.)
